3D printed facades
New architectural exterior surfaces manufactured using ceramic 3D printing
This innovative approach is increasingly being used in modern architecture to push the boundaries of aesthetic and sustainable design.
3D printed façades reduce waste, speed up construction, and offer flexible designs, while integrating features like insulation, shading, and ventilation into the structure.
3D printed wall tiles
A innovative and highly customizable solution for cladding
With 3D printing technology, it’s possible to create ceramic tiles with unique shapes, intricate textures, and complex patterns that are difficult to achieve using traditional methods.
3D printed materials ensure long-lasting performance. In short, 3D printed wall tiles combine beauty, functionality, and sustainability in a truly modern design solution.
3D printed wall panels
What are the benefits of 3d printing wall panels?
3D printed wall panels allows complex, customized shapes that are difficult or expensive to make using traditional methods.
3D printing enables organic, parametric, or decorative design, can significantly reduce lead times from design to installation, minimizing material waste.

Exploring Innovations in 3D Printed Tiles for Ceramic Series Production

Printing Strategy
A 45-degree printing technology was used for plastic, allowing longer spans to be printed without support. Now, we are implementing this technology with tiles.

Tile Deformation
Since we are printing the tile in a planar orientation, the deformation caused by vertical printing is reduced. This ensures that the tile remains flat, improves the connection between tiles, and reduces the tile’s thickness as well.

Weight Reduction
The weight of the tile has been reduced, as the infill is created only for the extrusion part. We focus on that region, reducing material usage while increasing stability.

Finished Edges
As it is being printed horizontally and the thickness of the tile is reduced, we are able to slice off the top and bottom to achieve a clean finish at the joints, as well as the sides if necessary, ensuring a perfectly shaped tile.
