WASP takes part in OTWorld | Hall 1 – Stand F60

From May 19th to 22nd, 2026, we will be present at OTWorld,, the leading international congress and trade fair dedicated to the medical and orthopedic sector.

At Stand F60 – Hall 1, WASP will showcase its latest 3D printing solutions for orthopedics and the medical field, offering a comprehensive overview of how additive manufacturing is transforming the design and production of orthoses and custom devices. Discover more >>

It will be an opportunity to see in action, for the first time, a production setup featuring an ABB Cobot robotic arm and the CEREBRO Integration System, dedicated to the creation of non-planar 3D printed orthoses and braces. A technology that opens up new possibilities in terms of strength and durability.

Also on display will be the WASP 60100 HDP, a large-format 3D printer designed to print directly from thermoplastic granules in high definition, enabling the production of large braces and prosthetics using materials such as polypropylene and TPU, ensuring versatility and optimized printing times.

In addition to these solutions, you will also find at the Ortopedia 3D stand (Stand H28 – Hall 1), our filament 3D printers, with the WASP 4070 FX in action: an ultra-high-precision printer specifically developed for flexible materials such as TPU, TPE, and PP, widely used in the medical field.

Since 2012, we have been designing, producing, and distributing our Made in Italy 3D printers worldwide. The wide range of WASP 3D printers has been developed to meet essential human needs: food, housing, health, energy, work, art, and culture. Our core mission is to deliver tangible benefits to people through technological innovation and research.

Headquartered in Massa Lombarda (Ravenna, Italy), our facility serves as the central hub for innovation, research, and production. All design and engineering processes are carried out in-house, along with the manufacturing of our machines. The site also hosts indoor and outdoor laboratories dedicated to advanced research in sustainable architectural solutions.

Starting in 2026, we will inaugurate a new open-air 3D printing laboratory for sustainable living, located just 20 minutes from our main headquarters. This new space, called Shamballa, spans eight hectares in the hills of Northern Italy. It is envisioned as a place where technological research, sustainable production, and shared experiences come together to shape the future of living.
