WASP at Recycle Tech Japan 2026 | Booth 36–43

From September 30 to October 2, 2026, WASP will be exhibiting at Recycle Tech Japan 2026, dedicated to recycling, the circular economy, and technologies for sustainable manufacturing, at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan.

At the exhibition, we will showcase a robotic 3D printing system powered by an ABB PoWa Collaborative Robot, featuring CEREBRO, the integration system connecting extruders and robots, together with the WASP HDP XL extruder, designed for 3D printing with shredded recycled plastic material.

The system highlights the versatility of WASP 3D printing extruders, developed to process both virgin and recycled materials, as well as technical polymers and composites, supporting small and large scale applications on the same technological platform.

The RIGENERA system is designed to recover production waste, shred it using the WASP Shredder, and reintroduce it into the printing process, creating a circular workflow that reduces waste, maximizes material value, and integrates recycling directly into the manufacturing process.

Where Innovation Lives: WASP’s Headquarters and Vision

Since 2012, we have been designing, producing, and distributing our Made in Italy 3D printers worldwide. The wide range of WASP 3D printers has been developed to meet essential human needs: food, housing, health, energy, work, art, and culture. Our core mission is to deliver tangible benefits to people through technological innovation and research.

Headquartered in Massa Lombarda (Ravenna, Italy), our facility serves as the central hub for innovation, research, and production. All design and engineering processes are carried out in-house, along with the manufacturing of our machines. The site also hosts indoor and outdoor laboratories dedicated to advanced research in sustainable architectural solutions.

Starting in 2026, we will inaugurate a new open-air 3D printing laboratory for sustainable living, located just 20 minutes from our main headquarters. This new space, called Shamballa, spans eight hectares in the hills of Northern Italy. It is envisioned as a place where technological research, sustainable production, and shared experiences come together to shape the future of living.
