Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 3D Printed Collection Bottles to celebrate 50 years of the Coterie
Vinegraal is a porcelain Bottle 3D printed with the Delta WASP 2040. It has been designed to celebrate a very important anniversary: 50 years of the Spilamberto’s Coterie, the Association that defends the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
The project:
Vinegraal is a Project conceived and developed by SlowD, a Web Platform for Artisans and product Designers. The name is the result of “vinegar” and “Graal”, the legendary bowl. The bottle is 3D printed in bronzed porcelain and hand-finished by Potters from Faenza. A bottle stopper that could be utilized as a nib to decorate food course is included.
This is a project conceived by Ludovica Canzutti, a young Designer selected for her ability to reshape the antique ceramic bottle for Balsamic Vinegar.
Vinegraal is a collectors’ item. It will be produced in a limited edition: 500 signed, numbered and guaranteed pieces with Certificates of Authenticity. Vinegraal will be on Kickstarter for sale the next May from 9th to 23rd. Prices range is from 300€ to 700€, the kit could also include a Massimo Bottura’s Recipe Book or a Spilanbergo Tour.
Moreover, there is a Unique Piece that includes a dinner at the “Francescana di Bottura”, with a value of 3000€.
