Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the entire Company’s sales volumes, commercial policies, managing direct customers, resellers and all sales opportunities that will be generated over time. The Sales Manager will be responsible for both the Italian and foreign markets.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will be directly responsible for 3 internal resources who carry out the commercial account activity in the sales area. The Sales Manager will report to the Sole Administrator.

Duties / Responsibilities:
Manage sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenues and direct cost controls attributable to the commercial area.
Achievement of planned sales objectives.
Establish individual sales goals with the sales team and resellers.
Monitoring of sales objectives and reporting of results.
Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordination with marketing on the generation of leads, prospects, active customers and resellers.
Continuous training of sellers.
Develop the sales team through motivation, advice and product knowledge education.
Promote the organization and products.
Understand the characteristics of “ideal” customers and how they relate to our products.

Required Skills / Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Italian and English);
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;

Job Summary:
This profile designs mechanical parts with 2D and 3D CAD Softwares.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

The Mechanical Design Engineer works in the R&D deprtament, in prototypes development, new systems and technology for 3D printing.

Duties / Responsibilities:

Drafting of mechanical components.
Comunication with sales office and technical assistance department
Managing technical documentation and technical assistance
Development and revisions of projects or machines groups reporting to R&D Manager
Assembly  and testing of machines and equipment
Development of upgrade kit for existing machines
Development of new systems and technologies relating 3D printing
Development of new products through direct report of suppliers and the usage of our machines.

Education and Experience:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or in related fields
Good knwoledge of 2D/3D mechanical drawings
