Job Title: Funding & Tender Expert
Department: R&D Financial Officer
Reports To: R&D Financial Officer Manager

We’re looking for a Funding & Tender Expert to become part of our multidisciplinary team.

Their tasks will include the analysis of requirements and feasibility of Funding and Tender, as well as the development and management of EU projects.

Funding & Tender Expert is part of a multidisciplinary team:

  • Analysis of requirements and feasibility of Funding  and Tender;
  • Development EU project management; Horizon Europe;
  • Management of already started projects and their reporting.

Excellent track record in identifying funding opportunities, writing and submitting Funding  and Tende.
1-2 years of work experience writing and submitting tenders.
Thorough knowledge of program budget management.
Excellent ability in problem solving.
Work towards goals.
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, proven ability to consistently plan workload, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines.
English fluent written and spoken.

Job Title: Designer for architectural scale 3D printing (Junior)

We are seeking a resource for the position of technical drafter, who will provide support to the architectural scale 3D printing technical team.

The role will work closely with the Project Manager and will initially be supported by industry experts.

  • Analysis of requirements and collaboration during meetings with clients to outline the project concept.
  • Development of architectural elements for 3D printing.
  • Analysis of existing projects and evaluation of technical feasibility.
  • Creation of renders for proposal creation through presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or similar.

The mechanical designer is responsible for designing and drawing up mechanical components with 2D and 3D CAD systems. They work in the R&D department, in the development of prototypes, new systems and technologies for 3D printing.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Drafting of mechanical details
  • Interface with sales office and technical assistance
  • Management of technical documentation and manuals
  • Integration with the development and modification of projects or groups of machines by interfacing directly with your technical manager
  • Perform assembly and testing of machines and equipments
  • Development of upgrade kits for existing machines
  • Development of new systems and technologies related to 3D printing
  • Prototype development through direct relationship with suppliers and use of our machine tools.

We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our young and dynamic team.

In this role, your main objective will be managing the incoming requests from prospective clients and converting them into actual paying costumers using different sales techniques and pipelines.

You will manage the sales cycle from prospect to close, maintaining qualitative and quantitative record of your work, using the existing resources and contributing to creating new ones when necessary.

You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to support the creation of the best tactics to increase lead generation and set weekly and monthly KPIs.

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads and pipeline, with accurate and timely responses and forecast data
  • Managing incoming requests (calls, emails, demo, live meetings) from potential customers
  • Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity & forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions
  • Report on your activities periodically and following the evolving needs of the organization
  • Contribute to the organization effort of unifying multi-channel communications into one central platform (Hubspot) to improve collaboration and integration between departments
  • Contribute to develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team
  • Identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions, take ownership of implementation and/or project management of sales initiatives
  • Create and execute inbound campaigns together with your team

  • You possess a degree in business or a related field
  • Ideally, you have prior work experience, ideally, e.g. business development, customer care, customer, support, sales etc..
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • You have customer-facing experience in digital
  • You have strong communication skills, are open-minded, and goal-oriented
  • You are ambitious to continuously grow and develop your personal and professional skills
