Job Title: Sales Manager
Department: Commercial / sales
Reports To: Sole Director

Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the entire Company’s sales volumes, commercial policies, managing direct customers, resellers and all sales opportunities that will be generated over time. The Sales Manager will be responsible for both the Italian and foreign markets.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will be directly responsible for 3 internal resources who carry out the commercial account activity in the sales area. The Sales Manager will report to the Sole Administrator.

Duties / Responsibilities:
Manage sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenues and direct cost controls attributable to the commercial area.
Achievement of planned sales objectives.
Establish individual sales goals with the sales team and resellers.
Monitoring of sales objectives and reporting of results.
Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordination with marketing on the generation of leads, prospects, active customers and resellers.
Continuous training of sellers.
Develop the sales team through motivation, advice and product knowledge education.
Promote the organization and products.
Understand the characteristics of “ideal” customers and how they relate to our products.

Required Skills / Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Italian and English);
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, GSuite, HubSpot, Planning Software, Internet, Social, Digital.

Education and Experience:
Degree in economics or related sector.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Ability to lead a sales team.

Type of contract: indefinite.
Classification: Employee. The level will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
Place of work: Massa Lombarda.
Variable remuneration: 10% of the RAL upon achievement of the objectives for the period.
